Critics And Doubters Of Astrology Should Read This
These are the two primary reasons for doubting Horoscopes and Astrology: 1) religious and 2) cynicism. This article will convincingly address both doubters. The religious person should read Matthew 2:1-10, Matthew 24:29-34, and Joel 2:30-33. Astrology is essential to the Bible. Facts will be used to address the cynics.
Some view astrology as nonsense or "hocus pocus". Any person who follows these guidelines will experience astrology's and horoscope's benefits.
1) The Astrologer needs the correct date of birth, time of birth, and location-The more information the Astrologer has, the better his/her analysis will be. Talk to your family, associates, or read your birth certificate. Those 3 pieces of information are essential. If you do not have your birth certificate, the hospital might. This information is crucial for a correct reading. Horoscopes are usually wrong when this information is false or incorrect. Critics will point to these "reading errors" when in fact it is not the fault of the Astrologer. It is the fault of the person(s) providing false or incorrect information. I generally won't perform astrological profiles for celebrities, entertainers, or politicians. Only when I am primarily certain that their birth info is accurate will I perform an analysis.
2) When the Astrologer has the necessary information, he/she creates a birth (natal) chart. This chart informs the Astrologer of the planet placements, asteroid placements, zodiac signs, and zodiac houses occurring when the person was born. This information gives a "collective" story of the person. I once warned that a person might have battles with alcoholism and would also sacrifice their career for family. I checked my analysis by placing the person's birth date into the Card Reading website. This is the most accurate "birth date reading site" worldwide. That reading agreed with my reading. Some Astrologers believe that the Natal Chart gives an entire account of the person and how they will die. The Natal Chart can be used with the person's daily horoscope. Here's an example. At the time of this writing, the Moon will be moving into Capricorn. The Moon was in Capricorn on my birth date. Thus I'll be affected by this transit.
3) A good Astrologer will be concerned with everything on your Natal (Birth) Chart. Major areas are the Ascendant, The Sun Sign, The Moon Sign, The Descendant, The Imum Coeli, Mid Heaven (Medium Coeli), and the North (True) Node. Most Astrologers advise you to read the daily horoscopes for both your Sun Sign and your Ascendant. This may be one reason why people complain of "wrong" predictions. Reading the horoscope for your Sun Sign and Ascendant will give you a fuller idea of what to expect. I strongly suggest an Astrologer who is aware of your Natal Chart. They will be able to see how your birth placement ties in with the present placements.
4) I've also learned that a horoscope prediction may occur before or after its prediction date. Nicodemus attempted to get "specific" answers from Jesus. Jesus told rigid Nicodemus that the Spirit does what it wants to (John 3:2-8). Humans are frustrated and limited by time and space. The old Christian song, "God may not come 'on time' but He is never late" applies to Astrology. It's our individual responsibility to receive the forecast and prepare for it. There may be minor occasions where nothing appears to transpire. I don't question those times. I've learned that the unseen world is also guided by astrology. This is what Jesus was trying to teach Nicodeumus (John 3:1-16). I recently predicted that a major political leader and a major religious leader would make public announcements during a full moon. I advised everyone to check their newspapers. The newspaper carried the political leader's announcement. The next day, I performed a news search for the religious leader. He too made an announcement on that day which was not covered by major news sources. His announcement's subject was what I predicted it would be. I use the word "predicted", but actually, I just read that day's planet placement chart. Astrology is too valuable a science to doubt it or apply religious superstition to it.
5) Some people say to live and let live. They just "go with the flow". Astrology (and horoscopes) offers invaluable benefits in both the seen and unseen world. The "stars" really do tell us why the extremities on earth are presently occurring.
Certain teachers teach that all of God's creations are One (John 17:17-21; Deuteronomy 6:4). We should not allow religious superstitions or lack of good judgment to prevent us from growing. Astrology empowers us. The planet and stars are essential to God's Children (Matthew 24:29-34; Daniel 12:1-5).
